Process Optimization

All signals collected by both the electronic nose and tongue are subsequently analyzed and processed by an artificial intelligence algorithm that works like a biological brain and transforms the signals into quantitative concentrations of several chemical components. Therefore, it is possible to monitor and detect multiple physicochemical parameters on-site and in real time, avoiding costly and complex analytical chemical processes that can take long periods of time to provide results.
